Your therapist conducts a brief consultation about goals—relaxation, energy, or grounding—plus scent preferences and health notes. We then tailor a blend from our curated selection to support your chosen outcome while accommodating any sensitivities.

Yes. If you have a favorite oil or scent, tell us during booking or consultation. We’ll confirm suitability and prepare that blend when possible. If unavailable, we offer similar alternatives to achieve the same therapeutic effect.
